Refund policy

Return Process
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@innovationcorridor.net. Items must be returned to the following address: Qatar, Doha, Abu Hamour, Zone 56, Street 423, Build 33, 1st Floor, Flat 9. Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon reception. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item using our standard return process. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, following the same conditions as stated above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
